Oprah and KFC Coupon

I just read that KFC has offered rain checks for the free chicken coupon that was offered on Oprah’s show. The rain check not only entitles the bearer to the free chicken they were unable to get but also a free pepsi!

Now that’s good public relations. Unlike Target who wouldn’t even issue a raincheck for a $2.17 smoothie. I guess we know who has better PR customer relations! A lesson learned not only from my college classes but in real life!
